tar -xvf unison-2.40.63.tar.gz
edit ./Makefile
	replace "INSTALLDIR = $(HOME)/bin/" with "INSTALLDIR = /usr/local/bin/"
make
sudo make install

I try to make command line version with "make UISTYLE=text" as written on the site but does not work
