Follow instructions provided with vnc4_4.1.1 and libxtst_1.0.1

Remove the following:
bin/Xvnc4
bin/vnc4config
bin/vnc4passwd
bin/vnc4server
lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libvnc.so
lib/libXtst.so.6

Create symlink x0vncserver to x0vnc4server
